Holistic energy specialist

I am super excited to step into my new title as a holistic energy specialist. Hi, I am Wendy Lynn Johnson. I have chosen this title because it is such a perfect fit to pull together all the different energy modalities and beliefs I love working with.

I am a law of attraction life coach. I started that Journey in 2014 with Kristy Whitman and the Quantum success coaching academy.  My intention was to help people heal from religious trauma. Little did I know how it would completely change my life and start my own healing process. I didn’t even realize I needed. I decided to add to that tool belt hypnotherapy. That opened many new avenues in my mind as to how we can heal ourselves and the power of our mind. In the middle of loving what I was doing an old friend asked me to join her in a free Reiki I class. The Reiki Journey

This is where my journey started to grow in leaps and bounds as my energy centers/pathways  were opened. I always knew I was intuitive; little did I know how this was going to affect my life. I was so intrigued I continued and found myself a Usui Reiki I and II and Master Teacher. I was vibing so high on learning how to heal myself and others with energy I took a 6month Laser Reiki course from the Reiki Ranch in 2019. This opened up my mind and heart to many things I was taught to fear as a child. I was able to heal much of my childhood trauma very quickly. It opened my mind to different things within the spirit world that I was terrified of and taught me how I was in control just by the knowledge I had energetically.

From there a couple of friends and I started to write our own Reiki book and were teaching Reiki I and II to others when we were introduced to Holy Fire® Reiki, Yet another amazing modality in energy healing. This one peaked my interests mostly because I was able to teach it online. In the world of Reiki there is much controversy over that, being how an attunement is passed from teacher to student. In Holy fire® Reiki the teacher is taken out of the energy field it does not pass through it is directly from source.

Emotional Freedom Technique

Along this Journey I have also studied Emotional Freedom technique. Some refer to it as tapping. It is the clearing of energy meridians in your body while tapping on them and saying affirming words that shift your feelings and thoughts. This is a great technique to use when suffering from anxiety . It helps with anger issues and managing emotions or worries. It lowers stress. Crystals

I am also a lover of crystal healing. My favorite is amethyst. I use it often in conjunction with Reiki healing sessions. It is a natural tranquilizer. It balances moods and helps relieve stress, soothes irritability. It alleviates sadness so it is an amazing tool for someone suffering from grief. I have also studied The Art of your Energy with Mari Beckman. This is all about galactic and celestial light codes for healing and empowerment.

I personally love all of the teachings I have learned and use them all very intuitively in any and all sessions I do. However my biggest dream is to hold retreats for other healers to bask in positive uplifting energies as they fill their cups to return to the world helping heal those that are drawn to them energetically.
