Let us talk about Holistic Energy Solutions for Type 2 Diabetes. Everything we do affects our lives in all ways. Everything is energy. It vibrates at different frequencies. The higher the frequency, the healthier it is for us. For example, here is an emotional guidance scale. You can see that The highest vibrations are joy, appreciation, empowerment, freedom, and love. The lowest frequencies would be fear, grief, depression, despair, and powerlessness. When we are vibrating at these lower-level frequencies, we are attracting more things to keep us here. The universe matches where we are at. Any Sickness is a low-level frequency within our bodies. Type 2 Diabetes would indicate a lower level of frequency within the body.

It is essential to do what we can to raise those frequencies and keep them up to improve the overall health of one’s body. I am not a Dr, and I am not making claims to cure Type 2 diabetes. However, there are ways that can better help one manage it daily and good habits and keeping your body’s energy field functioning in a healthy manner is an essential part of every day.

Daily Habits

Developing a daily routine could be essential in helping one control type 2 diabetes. I am aware that there is an overwhelming number of steps and thought processes daily for one with type 2 diabetes. One may go as far as saying it weighs on one’s mental health, often creating anxieties.  This is where a positive daily routine would come in to help out.

At this point, you might be saying: how would you know anything about dealing with a chronic illness? It does not just wish away; I never know how it will affect my life at any moment. You are correct; I do not have type 2 diabetes; however, I do have a chronic illness known for causing anxiety and other issues, and I never know when it will strike. I have what is called Hereditary Angioedema.

I have found self-development to be an essential part of my life. I know that starting my day with positive meditation or positive daily affirmations helps keep my spirits up, My vibrational frequency. It helps me to have something fresh in my mind to draw from in those moments of overwhelming anxiety.

I find that having a daily routine of starting my day with I am affirmation shifts my entire day. I feel better. I find them on YouTube and play them while doing other things. Driving in the car is an excellent place to play them.

Meditation

I have also found that fitting a daily meditation helps with anxieties and overall mental health and abilities when one does their best to navigate a chronic illness. It calms the body and allows for higher frequencies of energy. There are several different types of meditation. I encourage you to explore them, see what benefits you most, and which one you are willing to commit to daily.

  • Mindfulness Meditation – focused breath, re-center, and focus on a single point. This helps with focusing skills. Find a single thing to focus on, a candle or a picture, a single focal point. Keeping your attention there if you lose focus recenter and bring your awareness back to your focal point.
  • Guided Meditation – Guided meditation is where a narrator or teacher guides you on a journey to achieve a specific outcome. Such as relief of stress or anxiety. You are first guided through a relaxation process for your mind and body to reach a meditative state. Then the journey begins with a specific goal in mind for the outcome. The brain does not distinguish between an imagined event and a real one. Your experience with guided meditation is just like having a real experience. This amazingly affects your life due to how the brain works. I have found this to be the most effective way to meditate.
  • Movement Meditation – Movement Meditation pulls your focus away from external sound or thought. Your focus is on your body, and you become more aware of each breath and muscle. This form of meditation can calm anxiety by shifting your thoughts into movements. This is also a great way to incorporate more exercise into your daily routine.

Daily success log

A daily success log can be used in different ways. You can list things you want to achieve daily and check them off as you accomplish them. With type 2 Diabetes, there can be many things you need to keep track of in a day. Everything we do in a day is important, and it is a great thing to keep track of even the small things so we can look back and know exactly what we focus on. This can help one be sure to eat right, take medications on time, and remember any other self-care important for routine care.
