What can you do to align your energy centers? To bring yourself into harmony with the universe to allow the law of attraction to align with in you? You can do breathwork.
A very simple yet complex process goes as follows.
- Find a quiet comfortable place to sit. If possible, outdoors with your feet placed on the earth. If that is not possible that is ok.
- By placing your feet and or body on the earth would allow you to ground at the same time. When one is grounded electrical energies are realigned with that of mother earth. This improves the energy circuits traveling throughout your body.
There are health benefits to the process as well that I will go into in greater detail at another time.
- Just find that comfortable place to sit while you align your vibrations with the law of attraction.
- Take a minute and feel your body. Notice any discomfort and take a deep breath in and as you release it relaxes. Relax your entire body.
- Take another breath in and on the exhale relax even deeper. Relax even deeper, then go even deeper relaxing your whole body.
- Do this process seven times taking a breath and relaxing even deeper each time. Do the best you can. This is your body and mind and energy only you know and feel the benefits and know how you felt in the beginning and will know how you feel when you complete. There is no wrong way. Every breath you take releasing any unwanted and negative feelings is one step closer to the vibrational match of your desires.
When you feel you are complete notice, Maybe even journal the difference between how you felt in the beginning and how you feel now that you are complete.
Breath work brings you into harmony with the universe releasing blockages that are in the energy centers that hold us back from manifesting our true desires.
Stop for a moment and think about when you get scared. We often take a deep breath and hold it in the energy. When a Dr. is doing a procedure that may be painful often they will tell you to breathe it helps release the pain.
Another breath exercise to align your energy centers you may find more comfortable is to start by taking a slow, deep inhale for five counts then slowly exhale for five counts.

- It helps reduce stress and anxiety by increasing calmness in the body. Deep breaths raise your endorphins the “feel good” chemical.
- It can increase your energy levels by increasing the oxygen levels in the brain.
- Relieves pain.
- It opens up and clears our body’s energy centers/chakras.
There are many different modalities out there to help you raise your vibrations to align you with your life’s desires and dreams. We are all capable of clearing our energy centers and aligning ourselves to manifest our goals and life dreams. I stumbled onto many accidentally and could not be more grateful to pay it forward.
