How powerful are my thoughts?

 

How can you shift your vibration and change your mood? You may also wonder? How powerful are my thoughts? I am going to teach you a process that will help you shift your mood as well as your thoughts. This is referenced from the book ‘Ask and it is Given” The teachings of Abraham by Ester and Jerry Hicks. It is a very powerful process that I use daily when I find thoughts spiraling out of control.

 

When focusing your attention on a subject for only a few seconds it activates the vibration of that subject within yourself.  The law of attraction then too immediately responds to that activation. The longer you hold your attention on something the easier it becomes for you to keep your attention on it because you are attracting through the Law of Attraction, other thoughts or vibrations that are the essence of the thought you began with.

Within 17 seconds of focusing on something a matching vibration becomes activated. The stronger the focus is the clearer the vibration becomes and now the law of attraction will deliver more matching thoughts. At this point the frequency of attraction is low, however the longer you hold your focus the more momentum your vibration will acquire becoming farther reaching. If you can hold your focus for a minimum of 68 seconds your vibration becomes powerful enough that manifestation begins.

If you can repeatedly return to pure thought and can maintain it for a minimum of 68 seconds, that thought becomes a dominant thought. Once the dominant thought is achieved you will experience matching manifestations until you change it. For example, if you hold the thought that you are always tired for 68 seconds the universe will continue to match that thought with other thoughts that keep you feeling or thinking how tired you are until you make a conscious choice to shift that thought to a different thought.  So keep these things in mind.

  • Your point of attraction is created by your thoughts.
  • Even if you are not consciously trying to, you get what you think about. Desires are activated by thoughts. Even undesirable ones.
  • As your vibration grows stronger and expands it becomes powerful enough for manifestation to occur.
  • To sum it up the way you feel and the things you think about that help enhance those feelings that become manifestations in your life experience is always a vibrational match.

Should I fear my uncontrolled thoughts?

Often once someone understands how the law of attraction works and realizes the importance of one’s thoughts, they become very uncomfortable. We do not always recognize how often we have negative feelings or thoughts. There is no need to panic for manifestation does not happen in most cases instantaneously. We as humans can think consciously to choose our thoughts to change our thoughts to better-feeling thoughts as we become aware. As soon as you become aware of a negative feeling or thought, or both choose a better feeling or thought this will bring a better-desired outcome or manifestation.

Once you deliberately choose a thought and consciously feel the improvement in the way you feel, you have successfully utilized your guidance system, and you can now be on your way to the freedom that you desire and deserve for there is nothing you cannot be, do, or have.
